Today is the day! For $5 cash your student can wear pajama bottoms to school! Wristbands will be sold in the courtyard. Please, no sets, slippers, or insides.


On Friday, October 18th, students can rock their favorite pajama pants for just a $5 donation! We’ll be comfy all day while supporting our school.
Wristbands will be sold in the courtyard on the morning of the event. Please remember, no slippers, PJ tops, or blankets—appropriate PJ pants only! Students without a wristband will be out of dress code.

Our first WHMS Public Safety Chat will be hosted by Principal Kelly Cousineau and our school resource officer, Officer Biggs, on Tuesday, Sept 24, from 6-7 pm in the WHM café. If you have questions, concerns, or great ideas to share regarding school safety or the steps we are taking daily to ensure campus safety, we welcome you to join us Tuesday evening!


Next week we celebrate the importance of good attendance with Attendance Week 2024.
Students can get into the spirit everyday with dress up themes. Monday (9/23) Wear your brightest neon colors; Tuesday (9/24) Wear your favorite band T-Shirt; Wednesday (9/25) Show your Windy Hill School Spirit by wearing teal or black; Thursday (9/26) Dress as your favorite decade; Friday (9/27) Dress as the career you want or the college you’re planning to attend.

This week, our students will kick off their Resiliency Education lessons! Lesson one of seven starts tomorrow, with the full series wrapping up in March. We’re excited to guide students through important life skills and personal growth with these lessons. Robotics Club kicks off this Friday from 4:15 PM to 5:30 PM and will meet weekly. Information packets can be picked up from Mr. Lininger in Room 3-103 or mornings this week in the Courtyard. The Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday continues through Sunday, August 11. It is designed to help Florida families save money on essential items students need for the upcoming year. It includes items such as Up to $1,500 for personal computers, tablets electronic book readers, headphones and related accessories; school supplies selling for $50 or less, such as binders, notebooks, folders, markers and pencils; backpacks, clothing and footwear up to $100; and learning aids and related resources such as flashcards, interactive books and matching games selling for $30 or less.
