Athletics:
It is the mission of Umatilla Middle School Athletic Department to teach the fundamentals of athletics, with an emphasis on sportsmanship, competitiveness and the drive for academic excellence.
UMS offers several sports for our athletes to participate in:
Cross Country (coed) - Early fall
Cheerleading (coed) - Early fall
Volleyball (girls) - Early fall
Flag Football (boys) - Early fall
Basketball (boys and girls) - Early winter
Soccer (coed) - Late winter / early spring
All athletes must have a completed UMS Sports Packet including a physical signed by a doctor dated after June 1st and a 2.0 GPA to be eligible (I attached the Sports Packet for this school year).
